In order to meet the growing demand for PV module, Higon new 800MW fully automatic production lines put into working in 2022 . It covers an area of 140,000 sqm and is equipped with the most advanced equipment and technology to produce high-quality modules for better serving of our customers all of the world.

PRODUCTION FLOW OF SOLAR MODULE

Solar Cells Sorting
1. Appearance: Whether there are lobes, missing corners, broken grid, etc.

2. Color: Classification of cells with similar colors. your side.
Solar Cells Welding
1. Weld the welding strip and the main grid line of the battery piece together;

2. Weld the front electrode (negative

electrode) of the cell and the back

electrode (positive electrode) of another cell together to form a cells string.
Assembling
1. Tempered Glass

2. EVA (buffer, seismic, heat insulation, moisture-proof)

3. Solar Cell String

4. Backplane (insulation, water resistance, aging resistance)

Middle Test / EL TestDetect whether there are hidden cracks, black chips, dark chips, Broken grid, broken plate, low efficiency plate, over – cutting, positive and negative electrode connection and other problems.

Lamination

Vacuum, heat, melt EVA, Glue the solar cell, glass, and

back plate together
Assemble Framing& Junction Box&Curing
Assemble frame and junction box with solar panels.

Put panels into constant

temperature, constant humidity house in 8

hours, until the glue solidified.
Final Test

Test the electrical performance of every panel, and

make sure they are 100% high performance.
Packing
Pack panels into carton box and pallet.
