When you have a product quality problem when using our products during warranty period, first please fill in the form below, register the relevant product and purchase information, and then send the form to us by email to our service team, support@higonsolar.com. We usually respond within 24 hours.
For any product that is identified as a product quality problem, we will provide customers with two solutions.
Warranty period:
Solar Panel: 15 Years for product, 30 Years for power output
Inverter: 5 Years(Optional 10 Years)
Lithium Battery: 10 Years
GEL Battery: 3 Years
Accessories(Mounting System, Cable, PV Connectors): 25 Years
